Lorne is the head nutritionist and director at Phalanx Performance Nutrition. Lorne first became passionate about nutrition at 16 years old which led him to study for his degree in nutrition at Bournemouth university in 2007. Lorne then went onto to join the Royal Marine Commando's and raced up to an Elite level in triathlon. He has represented the Royal Navy in the pool winning gold medals as well as playing in international water polo fixtures.
Nutrition has always been a huge passion in his life. He is devoted to providing an evidence based message that allows him to help people look, feel and perform better, whilst still enjoying eating the foods they like. Lorne is also a MNU certified Nutritionist, achieving a distinction in the year long evidence based course, and has recently become an NLP practitioner and is currently studying for a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy.
